Invite Users & Permissions
Step 1: Open Business Settings
Go to business.facebook.com.
Click the gear icon (⚙️) in the lower-left corner to open Business Settings.
Step 2: Navigate to “People”
In the left-hand menu, click on “Users” > “People.”
Click the blue “Add” button on the right.
Step 3: Enter User Details
Type the email address of the person you want to add.
Choose their access level:
Employee access: Recommended for most users. Gives access only to assigned assets.
Admin access: Full control over the business settings and assets.
Click “Next.”
Step 4: Assign Assets and Set Permissions
Choose the assets (Pages, Ad Accounts, Pixels, Catalogs, etc.) you want to give the user access to.
For each asset, set specific permissions (View, Create, Manage, etc.) based on their role.
Example for a Facebook Page:
View Page performance
Create posts
Manage Page roles
Click “Invite.”
Step 5: User Accepts the Invitation
The user will receive an email invitation.
They must click the link in the email and log in with their Facebook account to accept.
🔐 Until they accept, their status will show as "Pending" in your Business Settings.
